Campbell Soup Co. Annual Report



Aside from branding and packaging, another key competency of our agency is storytelling. From tradeshows, infographics or even powerpoint decks, we help clients get across key information in a visual way. A perfect example of this was the Campbell Soup Company’s Annual Report.

For the third year in a row, we were asked to partner with the Annual Report team. Since an annual report is a lot of written text including a letter from the CEO, financial information, goals and objectives, we were tasked to help make this report come to life visually rather than an a long article. Our goal was to give the report a bit of personality.

Since a color palette and branding are already established in this instance, we started off with a few concept options in terms of styling. We provided cover options, ways to break up the sections as well as systems to organize the information. This up-front work could be done parallel to the final report information being tweaked because once it was final- its ready, set go time!


Throughout this process we helped visualize bar graphs, statistics and brought an overall flow to the report. We helped the team find and even source new images to highlight products and so on. We always say that we are an extension of your team and in this instance especially it held true. We worked directly with not only the internal communications team but as well as the printer to achieve the exact colors, varnish and overall aesthetic. After several rounds of revisions and working closely with the team, we got the finish line and everyone was thrilled with the results. On to next year!
