Brands Release Lucky New Products for St. Patrick’s Day

St. Patrick’s Day is right around the corner, and brands are rolling out exciting new products to help consumers get in the Irish spirit. They might not be able to go out and celebrate with friends this year, but limited-edition products are perfect for making new traditions at home.

Lucky Charms™ Limited-Edition Cereal Turns Milk Green

When consumers add milk to these limited-edition Lucky Charms™, “magic clover” marshmallows turn the milk bright green. As part of the product rollout, General Mills has also partnered with Cold Stone Creamery on limited-edition Lucky Charms™ ice cream and milkshakes. For those that are avoiding the bars this year, Cold Stone makes a great alternative for celebrating the holiday.

M&M’S® Releases Minty Ice Cream Sandwiches

“We’re excited to expand the joy of M&M’S® colorworks to the Mars Wrigley ice cream line, starting with a minty green treat for St. Patrick’s Day,” said Jayesh Shah, Mars’ ice cream marketing director. “These new flavors add even more options alongside our fan-favorite M&M’S® Vanilla and Chocolate Cookie Sandwiches – offering a fun and enjoyable treat for any occasion.”

Aldi’s New Irish Cheese Collection Makes the Perfect Beer Pairing

While we love a wine and cheese pairing, St. Patrick’s Day definitely calls for beer (or whiskey!). Thanks to Aldi’s Irish cheese collection – which includes cheddar with porter, cheddar with whiskey, and sage derby, among other delicious flavors – consumers can build their perfect St. Patrick’s Day charcuterie spread.

This year, St. Patrick’s Day offers brand the perfect opportunity to release new products that help consumers celebrate at home. From green cereal to alcohol-infused cheese, there are plenty of delicious limited-edition products for consumers to get into the Irish spirit all month long.
