Bill Hutches
Principal
For over 20 years, Bill has produced an array of work with several companies both as an employee and a business owner. Starting on his porch in Haddon Township, Bill’s dedication to his business is prevalent and has been a key to our success. His mind and heart are never far away when it comes to Works Design Group whether he is out of the office or on vacation. Outside of these walls he’s just as dedicated to his family and friends.
Eric Norton
Director of Operations
Eric has been working in design for over 15 years producing work for large corporations in package design, creative development, web and more. He stays involved in sharing his knowledge and insight for each project and strives to keep clients as his number one priority—regardless of the steps that it takes to do so.
Kory Grushka
Director of Business Development
Kory comes to Works Design Group from a completely different scene as a corporate lawyer, but that's not to say he doesn't know branding and design. In addition to his law degree, he also has his bachelor’s in computer animation and graphic design. Together, with his experience in the corporate world and his passion for branding and design, Kory is dedicated to taking WDG to new heights.
Chris Burton
Art Director
Chris is obsessed with the way everything around him works and communicates. Hailing from Drexel's Westphal School of Design, he entered the industry working with toy packaging and user interface design. Ever since, he's been striving to lend his eye for function and aesthetics to a variety of industries. When he's not in the studio, he's probably out searching for new dive bars in Philly or trying to bag some ducks down in the Chesapeake lowcountry.

Halo
Our Dog
Halo is Eric Norton's dog and our resident good luck charm. She is an accomplished racer on the greyhound circuit, having competed in 18 races with 3 wins and 1 second place finish. With nothing left to prove, she pretty much just sits around, keeps to herself and enjoys her retirement anymore.
